First Friday Ecstatic Dance at Yoga Soup is back!This is a substance-free, live-DJ, get-down dance party. We create a space for you to move however you wish - to amazing music. Go on an inner meditative journey, dance with other amazing people, get some exercise or just throw off your shoes and let loose.
The format:
7 pm: Music will begin for stretching, dance, and non-facilitated warm up.
7:30 pm: Opening Circle
7:30-9 pm Ecstatic Dance

Our mission is simple: create and build community by providing a welcoming space for people to dance to amazing music. We do this by playing quality, modern music that is accessible to all and fun for newcomers to intentional dance practices.
