First Friday Concert: Peter Sheppard Skaerved

With playing described as “unfailingly pure and beautiful” with “a brilliant control of tone, vibrato, attack, and much more,” British violinist and audience favorite Peter Sheppard Skaerved’s enthusiasm for his instrument and art are infectious. You are invited to step in to the history of the violin, with music spanning from the 17th to the 21st century, including collaborations with the Choir of St. David’s and the world premiere of a work by Douglas Buchanan

The event is free and open to the public, with doors opening at 7:00 pm. A suggested donation of $10-$20 directly benefits the musicians and the music series.
