We will have FREE up-front, car-show-style VIP parking reserved for classic cars at the First Friday Concert & Art Show, Court Street at the intersection of High Street (400 High St., Portsmouth VA). Bring the "better half" and enjoy the FREE concert from Lucky 757, b e e r & w i n e for sale & food on the grill, an ice cream shop across the street, and 20+ local artists displaying their creations. All to support the non-profit Support Portsmouth Public Art group, the volunteers who place murals and artwork throughout our city!
