First Friday at Static Hall (Melrose First Friday)

You are invited to vend at a special open-air arts market that takes place across the street from the Melrose Vintage Market!

Located at the new retail concept Static Hall located on 7th Ave in the heart of the Melrose District.

We reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time.

Refunds: No refunds or credits for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

Please note this is is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. Absolutely no amplified music or performers at your booth. Spaces are for retail only. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Your registration and location is color coded so please study the map carefully when purchasing as well as when you come to set up. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are not guaranteed.

Do not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer.

Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer.

EVENING MARKET:

LOAD IN TIME IS 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM. If you do not arrive by 4:30 PM you stand to forfeit your desired spot zone and/or will be assigned what is available.

Electricity will NOT be provided for booths. You will need to provide your own power supply and lights for your lighting. Feel free to get as funky as you want with your lights as long as it does not affect your neighbors lighting set up. (If you need really bright lights, consider side walls for your canopy) ABSOLUTELY NO GAS GENERATORS!

Have a copy of your specific ticket on hand for correct placement.

Vendors must be ready to sell by 4:45 PM.

Vendors in the lot may begin packing up no earlier than 8:45 pm and must be off the property by 10:00 pm. Vendors are expected to pack up by 8:45 pm and all equipment off the lot by 10:00 pm.

ALL VENDORS MUST DRIVE IN AND OUT TO LOAD IN FROM 7TH AVENUE LOCATED TO THE WEST OF THE BUILDING. Please do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS IN THE PARKING LOT. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone!

Please do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. You will be cited by the city of Phoenix for obstructing the bike lane. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS PARKED IN THE LOADING AREA. Unload your stuff in your space you are assigned and once your car is no longer in the loading area you will be assigned your spot. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone!

Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing.

There are restrooms available in the adjacent businesses located around the area.

This market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have.
