Discover the lost art of sewing - and learn how to give your favorite clothes a longer life - by attending our next First Friday Artist Spotlight with Becky Cochran, owner of Becky’s Custom Sewing & Alterations. Join us for a beginner-friendly mending workshop that will teach you four basic hand-sewing stitches and when to use them. Guests will also learn how to sew on three different buttons and how to darn a sock!

Becky’s Custom Sewing and Alterations, located in Glen Dale, WV, provides clothing alteration, repairs, and custom garment services. Owner Becky Cochran is a current participant of The Alliance for Creative Rural Economies (ACRE Partners) program.
