This month, we host a Extracurricular: An exhibit of student work in the Lewis Gallery and Friends of Aomori in the Camden National Bank Community Gallery.About Extracurricular:
This exhibit was curated by student artists Sammi Hopkins (PATHS '26) and Charlotte Knake (PHS '27). Come and take a look at the work being done by art students in the Portland high schools: PATHS, Casco Bay High School, Portland High School and Deering High School.
About the Friends of Aomori exhibit:
This exhibit in the Camden National Bank Community Gallery displays student-created block prints and a celebration of over 30 years of the Maine and Aomori, Japan, sister state relationship. At 5:30 in the Community Gallery, enjoy remarks from guest speakers in the auditorium, along with cultural activities and information from other organizations with connections to Aomori.
