Great art isn't found just in museums or metropolitan areas. In the tiny hamlet of Silverton, Colorado you'll find original art, creative workspaces and glimpses of our community’s unique mountain heritage.
“First Friday” is a national movement focusing on artists, galleries, and maker spaces. Silverton’s bustling historic business district will celebrate on the first Fridays of June, July, August, and September from 4 - 7 pm. More than a dozen shops and galleries will open their doors for an eclectic evening of art demonstrations, kid’s activities, live music, shopping and refreshments, with a different fun theme each month!
Silverton Creative District invites you to shop small, support local art, and enjoy high mountain creativity at its finest!
