Poses & Skills: Our expert instructors will guide you through 50 minutes of fun and accessible poses on the Aerial Sling, Silks, Trapeze, and Lyra (Aerial Hoop). No experience necessary! Seriously!
Photo Ops: Snap some epic photos while you’re soaring through the air. If there’s not a picture did it even really happen?
Soreness Alert: Expect a bit of post-class soreness!
