We're so excited to announce the FIRST Slow Runners Club Charlevoix Meet Up!We will be meeting at 100 Park Ave at the new Charlevoix Running Co store.
Format of the run:
5 minute walk (warm up)
21 minute walk/run (1 minute run, 2 minute walk 7xs)
5 minute walk (cool down)
This will take approximately 31 minutes, and all are welcome to grab coffee and donuts after at the store!
This initial run is set for 7:30 am- afterwards we are open to feedback on times the runners would like to see added!
