The First Degree Reiki Course is a beginner-friendly introduction to the practice of Reiki, focusing on self-healing, energy management, and personal transformation. • Instruction on Reiki hand positions and various hands-on healing techniques.
• Practice sessions to experience giving and receiving Reiki, building confidence in your ability to sense and channel energy.
• An exploration of the secret art of inviting happiness and the miraculous medicine of all diseases, as taught in traditional Reiki.
