First Day of Sunday School

Your family is invited to Sunday School at Saint James United Methodist Church! We offer a class for children ages 4 through high school. Sunday School will begin on Sunday, September 13 at 9:00 AM.

Saint James Sunday School offers a Godly Play class. This is a Montessori-inspired way of learning Bible stories, playing, and wondering together. We supplement Godly Play lessons for our teens, working with our Bibles and additional class materials such as videos from The Bible Project. We respond to what we learn through art, singing, community service projects, and our annual Christmas Pageant.
Sunday School meets from 9:00-10:00 AM three Sundays per month. Children's Choir rehearsals take place during the 10AM worship service (from approximately 10:20-11:00 AM).
Messy Church usually meets on the first Saturday of the month at 4:00 PM and includes a free dinner. Sunday School does not meet the morning after Messy Church.
