What better way to kick off the New Year than by getting a jump start burning off those extra holiday calories in the great outdoors? First Day Hikes are part of a nationwide initiative led by America’s State Parks to encourage people to get outdoors. These hikes provide a means for individuals and families to welcome the coming year in the outdoors, exercising and connecting with nature. For many it has become a tradition. Stroller friendly 1.5 mile walk along paved and gravel roads, hike held rain or shine.
Commemorative pins are available for participants while supplies last. No registration is required.
