First Annual Vocals for Veterans Music Festival

Music festival hosted by Local Vocals. The event will be held at The Turn in Denver, NC. The festival will have live bands, local vendors, food trucks, and family activities to raise funds for our veterans.
We have recently added the Smoke and Glory BBQ competition being sponsored by Butt Naked BBQ!! The event page is on Facebook now!!
All proceeds will go to Love Our Veterans (L.O.V.), non-profit organization in Denver, NC.
L.O.V. is an organization which helps veterans in need. They have a thrift store in Denver, NC.
The Turn is providing the venue and parking for the festival. They are also providing other greatly appreciated support to help this fundraiser be a success.
Bands will perform throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday.
Children's activities will be set up for families to enjoy including face painting, a music station, arts and crafts, bubbles, and more.
We will also have raffle prizes, 50/50 raffle, and a silent auction.
Bryant Morrison of BKM Photography will be on-site to take pictures including patron photos for a small fee.
Sew What by April will be there to sew patches for a donation.

We will also be hosting a Poker Run on Saturday, October 4th for those who wish to ride with us. It will begin and end at The Turn. Additional details for the Poker Run will be posted on Local Vocals page as a separate event.

Rider - $25
Passenger - $15
Additional cards - $5 each unlimited
Advance Sale Event T-shirt - $20

Each Rider will receive a free shot glass for participating.
Registration begins at 10 am.
KSU at 11 am.
Sew What by April will be available from 11 until 3:30 to sew patches for a donation. So bring your patches!!
Entertainment:
2 pm to 6 pm Scarlett Darlin
7 pm to 11 pm The Mojo Band
We will have live bands and food truck for the Poker Run and the rest of the evening.
