First Annual Vocals for Veterans Music Festival

Music festival hosted by Local Vocals, The Turn, and Love Our Veterans. The festival will have live bands, local vendors, food trucks, and family activities to raise funds for our veterans. All proceeds will go to Love Our Veterans, non-profit organization in Denver, NC.
L.O.V. is an organization which helps veterans in need. They have a thrift store in Denver, NC.
The event will take place at The Turn, also in Denver, NC. The Turn is providing the venue and parking for the festival.
Bands will perform throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. We will be having raffles and silent auctions as well.
Children's activities will be set up for families to enjoy.
Bands scheduled for the event are Kickin Gas, B.O.M.B CO., Sweet Lucille, Kottonmouth, Dani Kerr, and The Groove Skeletons. Performance times will be posted with the ticket sales on Event Brite.
Tickets are as follows:
Early Bird until midnight on October 10, 2025
For both days
Adults (12 and up) - $25
Children (6 to 11) - $15
Children 5 and under - Free
For one day - either Oct. 11 or Oct. 12
Adults - $20
Children (6 - 11) - $10

We will also be hosting a Poker Run on Saturday, October 4th for those who wish to ride with us. It will begin and end at The Turn. Additional details for the Poker Run will be posted on this page as a separate event.
We are currently looking for more vendors to set up and sale at the festival. We are also looking for businesses to sponsor and support the event. If you or anyone you know would be interested, please contact one of the hosts.
