It may be old, but this is no joke! The 1st Annual Open Michael Songwriter Night is March 25, 2026.Songs by Michaels, songs about Michaels. If you know a Michael that has written a song, if you know a song that is about a Michael or has Michael in the title, then this night is for you.
Oddly enough, Hear Here Wednesdays Songwriter Night has the largest regular attendance of Michaels week after week. They write, they sing, they support. In honor of these Michaels we are hosting the 1st Open Michael Night. The brainchild of Michael Jones (of which there are 4), this night will be dedicated to Michael. Sing about a Michael. Sing a song by a Michael. Or don't! It's fine either way. They don't all have to be about a Michael.
But, the best song of the night will get a small token of appreciation to be redeemed at Boyd's Jig and Reel. And the Song has to be by or about a Michael.
Sign ups start at 6 pm and the 1st Annual Open Michael Night music starts at 7.
