Join the Psychedelic Society of Kansas City on April 19th for KC’s first-ever Bicycle Day celebration!
Bicycle Day commemorates April 19th, 1943—the historic day Dr. Albert Hofmann intentionally experienced LSD’s mind-opening effects while riding his bicycle home, marking a pivotal moment in psychedelic history.
Come enjoy a picnic of community and creativity as we gather from 12 PM to 6 PM in the park (location TBA). Enjoy music from live DJs, delicious food from local vendors, and connect with KC’s vibrant psychedelic community.
Bring friends, blankets, good vibes—and your bike if you’re feeling inspired!
