In conjunction with Banned Books Week and Constitution Day, the library is hosting a series of free movie matinees consisting of book-to-screen adaptations of banned & challenged titles. • Join us Saturdays in September at the downtown Main Library at 2PM in the community room.
• Dates and film titles in the series:
Sept. 7 – Dead Poets Society (PG)
Sept. 14 – Captain Underpants (PG)
Sept. 21 – Twelfth Night (PG)
Sept. 28 – The Hate U Give (PG-13)

• Free popcorn will be served.
• Adults must accompany children age 9 and younger.
•
• Attendees at each First Amendment Film Festival screening can choose to enter their names into a drawing for one of three door prizes from the library. Names will be drawn for prizes at the end of the festival, so each event attended is an additional chance to win!
