Join us on Wed 8th May for an one-day course and qualify as a First Aider for Mental Health. Equip yourself with the skills to support those in need. Learn to recognise signs of distress, provide initial help, and guide individuals toward appropriate resources. Invest in your ability to make a difference in your community or workplace's mental health.Qualification awarded at Level 2 (RQF), valid for three years.
Our trainer is a qualified counsellor and a Nuco Training approved instructor.
Cost: £120, with a special discount for charities and not for profits.
