About this Event
First Aid - Includes basic skills for addressing minor medical emergencies (scrapes and bumps, heart attack, stroke and choking), injury emergencies. Provides training on how to use an epinephrine pen and asthma inhaler.
Also includes HeartSaver CPR/AED - covering the basics of CPR for Adults, Children and Infants. It also has the option of just doing Adult CPR or just doing Child & Infant CPR. It also prepares you to use an AED (automated external defibrillator). Also included is management of foreign body airway obstructions.
This course is available for anyone interested.
