Arturo. who is bi­lingual. leads the firm's international practice and provides tax consulting and compliance services to a broad range of clients. He previously worked for a big four multinational accounting firm and has participated in numerous tax forums geared toward inbound and outbound tax issues to consider when doing business in the United States and in other countries.
