Fireworks & Freedom Festival

Celebrate 250 Years of American history at our annual Fireworks and Freedom Festival!
Join us for an evening full of music and food, with information tables from local historic sites and a kids' zone filled with games and fun. Plus, before we launch the fireworks, we'll do a special reading of the Declaration of Independence.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, and water. You can also bring small lunch box-sized personal coolers.
Please DO NOT bring:
-Large coolers
-Pets
-Tents
- Personal fireworks (sparklers, Roman candles, etc.)
- Grills of any type.
-Alcohol
Parking at Gahagan Park is limited, so please be sure to use the shuttle buses that will be available to take you to the location at the First Citizen's Bank parking lot (200 S. Main St.) starting at 5:30pm.
