Renn’s approach starts with understanding the ‘why’ behind each project, utilizing co-creative design methodologies and insights from female consumers. She is dedicated to empowering other women in the fields of design, technology, and fashion through educational events and pop-ups.

Stephanie Fontaine Regional Director for Canada and the US, WEConnect International

Since joining WEConnect International in 2019, Stephanie has provided leadership for the Canadian and American markets. She works with local and global teams, community partners, and the Corporate Member Advisory Council to help women-owned businesses leverage certification and corporate supply chains for growth.
