This 20-30 minute opening experience is designed to recalibrate your nervous system, clear, mental noise, and anchor you into grounded precsence before stepping into the immersive marketplace and activations that follow. Through intentional breath work, somatic awareness, and gentle guidance, Nadene will help you release tension, expand your capacity for clarity, and settle into a state of steady openness.
