Dates: 8/21, 9/18 & 10/2Times: 6:30-10:30 PM
Cost: $40 (Waived for Active Butler County Firefighters because of the Cranberry Township Community Chest (CTCC) Volunteer Firefighter Initiative
Prerequisites: Meet Firefighter II Prerequisites
This 12-hour course will help prepare candidates to participate successfully in the Firefighter II Certification and to perform more effectively as a firefighter on the fire grounds. It will reinforce the more advanced knowledge and skills of a firefighter such as sprinkler systems, building construction, combustible gas and combustible liquid fire control and pre-fire planning.
The student will need to provide: PPE, SCBA with spare cylinder starting the second day of class.
