Fire Up OKC 2025

Welcome to Fire Up OKC 2025! Join us at the Bricktown Brewery in the King Room upstairs for an evening filled with inspiration, networking, and fun. Chief Dave McGrail will present a motivational training program, including many of his personal and professional experiences. The primary focus of this program will be the need to fight human complacency by establishing and maintaining an “Into the Job” mindset. He will discuss what it really means to be “Into the Job”, and why the best firefighters we know, and should associate ourselves with, are “Into the Job”. Most importantly, he will provide affirmation for attendees to stay the course, don’t give up, and never apologize for your passion and love for “The Job”.
