Fire to Inspire: Research Talk ft. Dr. Eugenia Afinoguénova

Food Studies brings together ideas from many fields—science, art, the humanities, social sciences, health professions, and more—to explore how people think, act, and connect through what they eat. To spark conversation, Dr. Afinoguénova, will share her journey—from studying art, tourism, and environmentalism in Spain to exploring the politics of food and food festivals.
