Fire to Fuel: A Somatic Workshop for Metabolizing Anger

No experience in yoga, alternative therapies, or being particularly flexible is necessary. All bodies are welcome and accepted.

SoulFly Therapy is located inside of Soul Core Wellness for Life, which is located inside 50 Penn Place.

It's best to enter off of Penn (the West side of the building) and park on the south side of the building. Once you enter the main doors on the south side, you'll walk past the first shop on the right (a men's clothing store) then make a right and you'll see it.

If entering the building from the North side where Full Circle Books and Belle Aisle Brewery are located, you'll take the elevator up to the 2nd floor and exit to your right/south, then take a left and go past the apparel store on your right. Soul Core is the next store-front.

Please arrive in enough time to find parking, orient yourself inside the building, use the restroom, etc. It's ideal to be settled in the event space a few minutes before start time.
