Join us for a fun-filled hour of learning about fire safety and prevention! We will begin by reading the “Smokey Bear Story” together followed by an opportunity to explore various stations. Learn how to safely put out a campfire, try on a real fire pack, save Smokey’s friends through an obstacle course, tour a fire engine, view the tools used in a real fire, win free giveaways, and more. Don’t forget to get your photograph taken with Smokey Bear himself! All ages welcome. This program is brought to you in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service – Pisgah Ranger District and FIND Outdoors.
