Some flowers bloom only after having been triggered by the smoke of wildfires. After Judy and Joel escaped the Glass Fire in Santa Rosa, California, they asked themselves, “What is the most fun we can have in the wake of this disaster?” The answer was soon clear - hanging around the campfire with their old friend Steve, playing bluegrass, writing new songs, and singing their hearts out. The Fire Poppies is an acoustic trio in the Farmington River Valley, exploring what new magic can be found when everything else has been lost. They are looking forward to sharing their music with you on June 5th 6pm on the Patio at La Figata Restaurant in Granby Ct. For their Debut performance!
