Stepping into the fire of this lunar new year with the energy of transformation. As we shed the layers from outdated cycles, & the year of the Snake
We can ask ourselves, “what do I need to prepare for the Fire Horse ? “
For this burning away of illusions & false identities?
This is a time for authenticity and truth. This year demands heart-centred leadership, As fire governs the heart in Traditional Chinese Medicine; Highlighting emotional courage, passion, independence & self trust.
Like a “double-shot of espresso" for the soul, this year brings rapid & possibly abrupt shifts in destiny.
So let us come together to celebrate this turning with breath filled movement ,
As we practice following our intuition, & dropping into the wave of our own rhythm and flow .
With the heart medicine of cacao to begin, a fun free flowing movement journey into our own safe space - our bodies, & finishing with the medicine of a live amazonian sound bathing..

“Music has always been a big part of my life and how I connect with people.
For this event, I’ll be playing flutes, guitar, & vocalizing. Recording in the moment using a looping pedal to build layers and atmosphere.
On a more personal and spiritual level, I’m Peruvian, and have a strong connection with my ancestors. I’ve lived and traveled for four years in Asia, spent a year in India, and time in the Caribbean, immersing myself in traditional communities and exchanging energy through music and sound frequencies. My spiritual work is rooted in medicine plants from the Amazon, and I create ceremonial and sound healing spaces in the Ottawa and Gatineau region.”
