Our certified sound practitioner, Kali will guide you through this unique experience, helping you release any emotional blockages or negative thoughts that have been weighing you down. Imagine being surrounded by the calming sounds of crystal & tibetan singing bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, crystal pyramid and gongs as you let go of all your worries and anxieties. A soundbath is a transformative experience that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed from the inside out. So, come and join us on Saturday October 5th from 11am-12:30pm to experience the magic of sound baths for yourself!

We have yoga mats for all, 2 Love Sac chairs and 2 zero gravity chairs for those who have trouble getting up from the ground. Text Kali to reserve or first come first serve. Please arrive before 10:45am to sign in and find your space to settle in for a relaxing time of sound healing and letting go from the fire of life's stressors.

What to bring:

• A pillow, and a blanket to keep you cozy throughout the session.
• A pair of socks to keep your feet warm.
• Eye masks are highly encouraged.(Available as desired)
• Your favorite water bottle to hydrate.

Come with an open mind with self-love and a willingness to let go and surrender to the healing power of sound! Our soundbath is open to anyone over the age of 10 (with guardian) who wants to relax and unwind. Get ready to unwind, rejuvenate, and transform.
