Step into the energy of summer and awaken the Fire element within.In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fire is the element of the heart—governing joy, connection, vitality, and the full expression of spirit. When balanced, it brings a sense of aliveness, warmth, and authentic presence. When out of harmony, it can manifest as restlessness, anxiety, or disconnection.
This immersive 2-hour experience is designed to cultivate and harmonize your inner Fire through intentional movement, breath, and sound.
We will begin with a guided Qigong and breathwork practice led by Gwyn, designed to open the heart center, regulate the nervous system, and build internal energy. This portion of the journey will be supported by a live, intuitively curated music set by award winning music producer DTO (Dave the Organism), whose music creates a deeply resonant and expansive container for transformation.
From there, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness as DTO guides a solo ambient sound journey—an immersive “sonic sanctuary” of high-frequency soundscapes crafted to support integration, emotional release, and elevated states of awareness.
