Embark on an invigorating journey of self-discovery and resilience at the “Fire & Ice Day Retreat.” This unique session combines the calming influence of yoga, the transformative power of breathwork, and the exhilarating challenge of temperature extremes, all led by the esteemed certified Wim Hof instructor, Tex.

We’ll begin with a grounding Vinyasa yoga flow, then transition into a mini Wim Hof Method workshop complete with guided breathwork, an ice bath , and a hot sauna — all led by certified Wim Hof instructor Tex (he’s incredible!)
