Led by @thestorytellerchef and Shannon Motlop from @aboriginalcommunityharvest , the evening begins with a traditional Saltwater Ceremony before guests enjoy fire-cooked dishes, native ingredients, premium Seven Seasons Spirits tastings, and a five-course dining experience overlooking the Darwin Waterfront.
