What does Fire look like in the body? What does Earth feel like in daily food?
This is a guided TCM workshop exploring the Five Elements through Chinese ingredients and bodily observation. Guided by Thien-Kim Tran, a certified TCM practitioner, participants use selected foods sourced from Toko Dun Yong as a field of sensory study.
Through ingredients such as bitter melon, green tea, millet, sweet potato, beans, and jujube, we explore how Fire and Earth appear in food, emotion, body, and everyday life. Rather than theory, the workshop focuses on color, texture, seasonality, and bodily association.
The session ends with gentle body observation, simple acupressure practices, and reflection on individual needs for cooling, warmth, grounding, or nourishment.
