Fire & Barrel Series: Komos Tequila Pairing Dinner

This intimate, twelve‑guest dinner features four Komos expressions paired with a four‑course menu crafted by Executive Chef Andrés Padilla, beginning with a refined amuse‑bouche to set the tone for the night.

Guests will enjoy a curated blend of family‑style shared dishes and individually plated courses, each designed to highlight seasonality, texture, and the signature fire‑forward technique of Chef Padilla. Throughout the evening, Sommelier Antonio will guide guests through the craftsmanship, aging, and barrel influence behind each Komos expression, offering a deeper connection to the spirit and the story behind it.

This is a guided, immersive dinner where Chef Padilla and Antonio step forward between courses to share inspiration, pairing philosophy, and the creative process behind the menu.
