Fire and Flow

Join us for a night of meditation and breath work, followed by free form and flowing dance: a full body wellness and emotional release. No experience necessary.

Schedule: We will begin with a 15-20 minute meditation, followed by an introductory breath work session, and finish with free form movement and dance. We will conclude our session with a reflection circle and community building.
