2025 marks the 500th anniversary of the birth of Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, who ranks among the most influential figures of the Renaissance. Palestrina’s polyphony seamlessly blends multiple voices to produce music that is transcendent in its complexity and tonal clarity. Columbus-based Fior Angelico will perform Palestrina’s stunning six-part "Missa Tu es Petrus" and other works by this monumental composer.
