Eileen is the founder of Central Park Executive Coaching. She is coaching C-suite executives and senior leaders in corporations and non-profit organizations. Current engagements include coaching in the areas of career transitions, leadership succession, performance improvement, on-boarding and leadership. Eileen is a Core Guide at Chief, a women’s peer networking organization supporting development of C-suite executives. She provides HR advisory services, offering expertise in organization design, talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development design.
