Discover the colors that define your artistic voice
In this exploratory workshop, artists will discover how to develop a signature color palette—a collection of colors that reflects their unique personality, style, and creative vision. A signature palette becomes a powerful tool for creating cohesive, recognizable work while helping to communicate mood, emotion, and meaning.
We’ll begin by discussing how color choices influence the feeling of a painting and how artists—both intentionally and intuitively—develop palettes that become part of their identity. Through guided exercises, participants will experiment with color relationships, test combinations, and begin building a palette that feels authentic to them.
Whether you are starting a new series, looking to bring more cohesion to your work, or simply want to explore color in a deeper way, this class will help you refine your visual voice. Your signature palette can carry across mediums and become a unifying thread throughout your work.
This workshop is designed for all levels and encourages curiosity, play, and personal expression.
What You’ll Learn:
How to identify colors that resonate with your personal style
How color creates mood and emotional impact
Ways to build a cohesive body of work through palette choices
