Finding Your Flock: A Workshop for Women

Through language, energy, breath and movement we will cultivate the rhythm that innately exists within each of us as a Woman. Together, we will explore how individual rhythms are ignited within a community of Women.

We will begin the journey of becoming unstuck, ignited and empowered.

This workshop will include:

* Tools to ignite and embody your internal rhythm.

* Experiencing the power of being held and supported by Women.

* Grounding movement + meditation to navigate the future.

* Laughter, vulnerability, cursing, and celebration.

* The desire for more.

Our guide, Lucia DiVieste-Severtson, is the founder of Be Brave Psychotherapy and Empowerment Coaching for Women. She is passionate about guiding women to move through their fear so that they can live a life based in joy, connection, and freedom.
