In this session, we will cover some theory and some practical approaches for developing a customer focus mindset. This session with Ben Wood and Tracee Findlater from Sun Spiral Innovation in King’s Lynn will enable you to develop innovative products and services that solve a real problem for the target customer, and help you to position, price and market them more effectively.
