Grow further into the person you want to be!Here we will harness the power of yoga, breath, sound healing, cacao, reflection, journal prompts, and community.
There will be an option to exercise simple mindfulness activities and journaling prompts on your own throughout the month by utilizing the monthly handouts that we will provide for each student during class.
Using both, the workshops and the mindfulness tools provided, will help to bring your mind into a state of clarity and guide you into closer and deeper connection with yourself, your relationships, work life, etc. Ultimately, aligning yourself and your lifestyle with the most purest form of you!
