I 'm the wife of a recovering alcoholic and a recovering alcoholic of 38 years sober. I grew up in a family where drinking was a way of life.

I became a Health and Wellness Coach with my Master’s Degree in Counseling specializing in helping women in recovery from domestic violence, and substance abuse. I also have experience in weight loss, diabetes prevention and spiritual direction.

Our family now is free from the bonds of alcoholism.
