One Hour One Intention, Joyful Radiance and Yoga of the Mind present: "Finding Peace and Hope in Challenging Times"
Join us for an in-person experience featuring crystal bowl sound healing and guided meditation to balance the chakras followed by a workshop designed to help you find peace and hope when life gets tough. Join us for one or both!
One Hour – One Intention is a donation-based community gathering where we hold space for peace, love, and calm. For just one hour, we focus on what's good—being peace, being love, being quiet, being happy—and sending that energy out into the world.
Part 1: One Hour One Intention Meditation
1:30pm-2:30pm
REGISTRATION REQUIRED; donations gratefully accepted, no one turned away.

David Stevens of Yoga of the Mind will kick things off with a 20-25 minute Sound Healing of the Chakras using crystal singing bowls and toning.
The relaxation continues with a 20-25 minute gentle guided meditation focusing on the breath and restoring calm in body, mind and spirit.
During this time, participants will receive more sound vibrations (featuring a Koshi chime and tuning forks played by Jen Tomas of Silver Owl Healing Arts) while Kate Heartsong of Joyful Radiance guides us with a spoken meditation.

Part 2: "Finding Peace and Hope in Challenging Times" experiential workshop
3pm-4:30pm
Tickets: sliding scale $44-$33 per person
A 90 minute experiential workshop will follow the guided meditation and sound healing. Kate Heartsong of Joyful Radiance presents "Finding Peace and Hope in Challenging Times".
This inspirational workshop provides actionable ways to:
• Release stress and let go of what’s outside of your control
• Shift negative self-talk into supportive, empowering inner dialogue
• Reconnect with your intuition and inner calm
• Discover how to effectively navigate these challenging times

Jen is a Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Holistic Healing Guide. She facilitates the connection between you and your “inner healer”, through various holistic healing modalities, events and one-on-one empowerment coaching.
