Finding Our Way Through Loss – Bereavement Support Workshop

Join us for Finding Our Way Through Loss, a gentle, supportive workshop hosted by Spring North, in partnership with Age UK Blackburn with Darwen and delivered by Re-Align.

This in-person session provides a safe and welcoming space for anyone who has experienced bereavement. Together, we’ll take time to reflect, share, and explore what can help us cope and stay connected after loss.

Our experienced practitioners from Re-Align will lead the session, facilitating relaxed discussions and simple activities designed to support wellbeing and connection. There will be time for conversation, reflection, and a cuppa, with local information and resources available to take away.

Whether you’ve recently lost someone or it’s been a while, you’re very welcome to join us.
