Come and join me for two days of finding Joy in the everyday!Over the course of the weekend, we will be looking at how integrate small but meaningful ways to find moments of joy. in our everyday lives
Each day will open with a circle for us to gather our energies together and I will be bringing in different practitioners to guide us: expect some writing, drawing, movement and laughter! No experience in anything is required, just bring yourself and an open mind.

All sessions with all the practitioners.

Cost: tickets are available at £135 for one day or £250 for both days or contact me if you would like to set up a payment plan over 3 months
