Finding Focus: Mindfulness and Mandala Creation Workshop

Join us at Dictee Art Gallery for a transformative afternoon of creativity and inner reflection. Led by certified facilitator Christine Rossi, this workshop introduces The Mandala Method—a non-denominational mindfulness practice based on the 5 wisdom elements.

Participants will be guided through a soothing meditation to tap into their intuitive selves, followed by a hands-on session recording the experience through art and journaling. Whether you are a seasoned artist or have never picked up a brush, this workshop is designed to help you "let go" and engage with the creative process in a supportive, natural environment.
