ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Finding Center is a three-hour creative workshop blending gentle movement, guided reflection, journaling, and art-making. Through simple movement practices and accessible visual exercises, including collage, drawing, and mixed media, participants explore physical and sensory awareness as a foundation for creative focus and expression.
Open to all experience levels, the workshop emphasizes exploration, presence, and creative inquiry over technique mastery, inviting connection with self and others through the creative process.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Sarit Sela is a movement and creativity facilitator, architect, and interdisciplinary artist based in Gainesville, Florida. Sarit’s offerings integrate mindful movement, reflection, and visual art, inviting participants to explore sensation and creativity through accessible, all-level experiences in a playful, non-judgmental environment.
