Finding Balance - Arm Balance Workshop Little Yoga Space

This workshop will be a fun and dynamic class that will include strength building for arms and wrists, flexibility and we will work towards peak poses Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose) and Bakasana (Crow pose).

We will finish with stretching and relaxation.

The workshop is 30 euros.
