Every child has a voice. Every child has a story. Sometimes, all they need is someone to help them believe it.
Join us for the Milwaukee stop of the Together We Create 4 Kids National Children's Book Authors Tour—a FREE community event designed to inspire, empower, and equip children and families through literacy, education, leadership, creativity, and opportunity.
This is more than a children's book event—it's a community coming together to invest in the next generation.
Throughout the day, children and families will have the opportunity to:
- 📚 Meet children's book authors, hear their inspiring stories, and discover how books can change lives.
- 📖 Receive FREE books (while supplies last) and experience the joy and power of reading.
- 🎤 Hear from inspiring speakers, community leaders, educators, and professionals who will encourage youth to dream big and pursue their purpose.
- 🚀 Participate in hands-on workshops that build confidence, creativity, leadership, career awareness, and life skills.
- 💻 Explore educational and technology opportunities, including the giveaway of 400 laptops to eligible youth through our partnership with Techquity.
- 🤝 Connect with community organizations offering valuable resources and support for children and families.
- 🎉 Enjoy interactive activities, music, giveaways, and fun for the entire family.
Whether a child dreams of becoming an author, entrepreneur, engineer, artist, educator, healthcare professional, pilot, athlete, or community leader, we want them to leave knowing that their dreams are possible, their voice matters, and their story has the power to make a difference.

This event is FREE and open to the entire community.
Whether you're a child, teen, parent, grandparent, educator, mentor, youth organization, church, or community member, we invite you to join us for a day of literacy, learning, inspiration, and family fun.
📝 Registration
Registration is requested to help us prepare the best possible experience for every family.
Please note:
- Every person attending—including each child—should be registered individually so we can accurately plan for workshops, activities, seating, giveaways, and resources.
- Please use a parent or guardian's email address and contact information for every registration. Do not use a child's email address, as important event updates and follow-up information will be sent to the adult listed on the registration.
- The event begins promptly at 10:00 AM. We encourage families to arrive early for check-in and the opening program.
